Absolutely, and I hope we can change your mind. But even if we don't, you are always welcome.
I’m a Catholic. Can I still come?
Absolutely. Catholic and Protestant are not different religions, but different expressions to the same God. You will find some differences – and some are significant (and may make you think we do have different religions) but we worship the same God.
Do I have to join officially?
No. But you can by attending a 3 hour class called XP1. There are some advantages to being a youth group member. Not only is your opinion taken more seriously, but there are several leadership positions that are available for members. Finally, it is nice to know who is on board with us.
Does it cost anything?
No. Our Church supplies us with an operating budget, and we do a significant amount of fundraising which allows us to do the rest. We also collect an offering at YXP 180º which directly funds outreach to your friends and our community.
